Stollen
It is a very dense sweet bread. It is a yeast bread and contains citron, candied orange peel, golden raisins, all of which are soaked in rum, as well as sliced almonds and almond paste. It is flavored with cardamom, mace, nutmeg, and ginger. After being removed from the oven, it is brushed with melted butter and covered with very fine sugar. It is delicious served just as is, but one thing I have recommended is to cut it in strips like biscotti, toast it lightly, then use it for dunking into their hot drinks.

Fruitcake
A delicious traditional holiday favorite. Fruitcake is very dense and moist. Ours contains: candied cherries, pineapple wedges, golden raisins, dates, and walnuts. All the ingredients have been soaked in white wine and rum.
