This is our most popular cake! Sponge cake spread with raspberry jam, filled with whipped cream and Bavarian cream, iced with whipped cream, and covered with marzipan.

SIGNATURE CHOCOLATE TORTE
Our most popular chocolate cake. It is our chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse, iced with chocolate buttercream, topped with dark chocolate ganache, a chocolate ganache rose, and coated with dark chocolate shavings
STRAWBERRY GENOISE
A deliciously creamy combination, sponge cake filled and iced with strawberry mousse, With accents of white chocolate and topped with a fresh strawberry.
TIRAMISU
Our take on the classic Italian dessert. Sponge cake soaked with espresso, filled with mascarpone cheese filling, iced with whipped cream, and covered in dark chocolate shavings.
tricolor mousse Torte
This cake has a beautiful presentation in addition to tasting fantastic. Three different mousse flavors are layered on a base of chocolate cake. Dark chocolate mousse, milk chocolate mousse, and white chocolate mousse. Available in 6” round only.
Carrot Cake
An incredibly moist carrot cake containing walnuts, carrots, and a variety of delicious spices paired beautifully with a tangy cream cheese icing.
White chocolate cheesecake
Traditionally dense and creamy cheesecake blended with white chocolate baked on a chocolate cookie crumb crust. Topped with vanilla buttercream. Available in 8” round only.
Can be ordered with a cherry filling on top for an additional $8.00
German chocolate cake
Our fabulous homemade pecan filling makes this a standout favorite. Chocolate cake filled and topped with our German filling-a tasty combination of pecans, coconut, butter, and sugar cooked together until it becomes caramel perfection. The cake is iced with chocolate buttercream and coated with dark chocolate shavings.
red velvet cake
Lemon chiffon
A light and tangy choice. It is sponge cake filled with lemon mousse, iced with vanilla buttercream, topped with rings of lemon curd and coated with croquant (sweetened puffed rice).
Espresso torte
A delicious blend of two classic flavors-chocolate and coffee. It consists of chocolate cake soaked in espresso, filled with chocolate and espresso mousse, iced with mocha buttercream and covered with dark chocolate ganache, and finished with a ganache rose.
Coconut Cake
The best coconut combination to be found. Sponge cake soaked with coconut milk, filled with coconut cream, iced with whipped cream, and covered with toasted coconut.

Chocolate raspberry Torte
The raspberry adds just the right touch to this rich cake. It is our chocolate cake spread with raspberry jam, filled with chocolate mousse, iced with chocolate buttercream, topped with raspberry glaze, and coated with dark chocolate shavings.
Black forest
An outstanding representation of this flavor combination. Chocolate cake filled with chocolate mousse and cherries, iced with whipped cream and coated with dark chocolate shavings.
Fruit torte
A stunning fruit arrangement as the finishing touch. Sponge cake filled with Bavarian cream and whipped cream, iced with whipped cream, coated with croquant (sweetened puffed rice), and topped with seasonal fruit.
Caramel sweet cream
A wonderfully sweet rendition of the Latin favorite. Our milks are sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and heavy cream. These are blended together with caramel and brown sugar. We soak our sponge cake with this combination, use whipped cream flavored with the milk mixture as a filling, iced with whipped cream, and coat the sides with croquant (sweetened puffed rice). It is finished with mandarin orange slices and glace cherries.
Strawberry Lemonade Cake
Sponge cake filled with a delightfully bright combination of strawberry mousse and light and tangy lemon mousse, enrobed in whipped cream, and covered with white chocolate shavings.
Boston cream
Two layers of fluffy white cake filled with Bavarian cream and whipped cream, topped with our decadent ganache.
Only available in round sizes.
Mango boston cream
Two layers of fluffy white cake, filled with mango mousse and Bavarian cream. Decorated with whipped cream rosettes.

Raspberry Eclipse cake
White cake layers filled with a raspberry mousse and jam. Iced with chocolate buttercream and embellished with raspberry mousse rosettes and dark chocolate string work details.

How to pre-order cakes
Standard cakes require one day notice to pre order (select cakes and customizations may require 48-72 hour notice). We require payment at the time of placing your order.
Make sure to have reviewed all our standard cakes, custom flavors, and sizes to be sure of what you are looking for.
We do not customize flavors or shapes, however we do customize decorations. If you are looking for custom decoration please have a reference photo in order to ensure our staff can help you to our best ability.
